My endeavor to create art for luxury homes takes inspiration from the different stages of my story. I use color and texture to interpret the memories, often times abstracting the memory to allow viewers to see the art through their own eyes and create their own connection. 

Lately, my art has been what I like to call my “Moments of Peace” where I demonstrate the little things that give me appreciation of life. Moments that (metaphorically) kept my head above the fire when I, the phoenix, was going up in flames. These moments may be ones of beauty or balance, opulent colors that held my attention or some small peace that kept me grounded when I felt swept away.

I plan to paint my “Moments of Turmoil” in the near future. They will share the moments of fear, frustration and hatred from copious amounts of domestic abuse. While broaching difficult subjects, I want to inspire others who have or are going through horrors, that there is always hope for a new and better life.
